Peoria County Bright Futures

Home Visiting - Birth to Three Program
This program is funded through the Illinois State Board of Education, Prevention Initiative grant.

Are you pregnant or a new mom?

Do you have a child between the ages of birth to 3 years?

Are you interested in Parenting Topics?

Peoria County Bright Futures has a very user friendly program for pregnant moms, and new moms & dads. We provide a wide range of support services to help a family through this very special time. Babies and toddlers do not come with a parent manual, but there are often many questions new parents have regarding, infant and toddler developmental milestones that ‘your special little one’ grows into.  All Peoria communities are served, outside the Peoria City limits. A kind and caring, PAT certified staff person will plan to visit with you. (PAT: Parents As Teachers) This program places special attention on first time parents, at risk families, and teen parents.

Each family may recieve these services, as needed on an individual basis.
