Peoria County Bright Futures Family Education Program will recognize parents as their child’s first and most important teacher.  We will provide opportunities and services for families with children pre-birth to five.  Through positive programming, we will empower families to strengthen, enrich, and educate their children.  We will respect each family, and value their individual strengths.
